According to Dr. Ihsan al-Faraj, an expert in orthopedics and joint surgery, the patient had been suffering from severe necrosis in both hip joints, resulting in chronic pain and disruption to her daily life.
Comprehensive lab tests and radiological imaging confirmed that full hip joint replacement was necessary to improve her quality of life.
Dr. al-Faraj noted that the procedure was conducted in two phases to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and joint stability.
