Al-Khalifi: Yemen has shattered western naval prestige

Sheikh Salim al-Khalifi, a tribal leader and commander in the Southern Resistance, stated that the recent American-Zionist airstrikes on Yemen will not alter the balance of power. He emphasized that the attacks targeted civilian infrastructure, similar to previous strikes a decade ago.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Sheikh Salim al-Khalifi, tribal leader and commander in the Southern Resistance, affirmed that the joint American-Zionist airstrikes on Sana’a and several Yemeni provinces will not alter the local or international balance of power.

Al-Khalifi clarified that the air raids targeted civilian infrastructure – “the airport, ports, factories, and power stations” – the same facilities attacked ten years ago, with nothing new except military posturing.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he stated that Yemen has shattered the prestige of Western naval technology and the occupying Zionist entity’s military might.

Al-Khalifi described Israel’s aggression against Yemen as a “stupid reaction,” demonstrating the pain and frustration of the Zionist entity’s government following the strikes on Ben Gurion Airport.

He emphasized that the Israeli occupation has incurred both material losses and moral damages, compounded by increasing international isolation following the suspension of most international flights to occupied territories.
