AhlulBayt News Agency: Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested a Palestinian girl near the Al-Ibrahimi Mosque in the center of the Old City of al-Khalil on Monday.
Local sources reported that the IOF arrested a Palestinian girl at the military checkpoint of Abu a-Rish near Al-Ibrahimi Mosque without providing information about her identity.
Meanwhile, the IOF stormed schools in the Al Sahala neighborhood, preventing the teachers from reaching the schools and causing fear among schoolchildren.
In another development, the IOF demolished two Palestinian structures belonging to the Palestinian citizens Ibrahim Jaafra and Abdul Qadir Jaafra in Tarqumia town northwest of al-Khalil, according to member of the Land Defense Committee in Tarqumiya, Suleiman Jaafra.
He quoted the citizens as saying that the demolition is part of the Israeli settlement expansion plans that aim at linking two nearby settlements.
Moreover, the IOF uprooted 2,000 olive trees after storming the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan west of the West Bank city of Salfit, the town’s mayor Ibrahim Assi reported, adding that 150 dunums of Palestinian lands were razed.
