Under the supervision of the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, the Africa Studies Center has opened a modern water well in Chadia, Chad, as part of the “Saqi Atasha Karbala” project. The new well brings the program’s total to 73, under the management of Sheikh Muhammad Idris, the center’s representative in Chad.
