AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Iraqi Joint Military Command's security center announced in a statement that a car bombing in Tal Afar, Nineveh Province in northern Iraq, killed two people and wounded 11 others.
'The car was stopped in the district of 'Ras al-Jadeh' in the outskirts of Tal Afar which killed two civilians and wounded 11 others', the security center said in a statement on Tuesday.
The Tal Afar city has witnessed several terrorist bombings in recent months.
In late August 2017, the Iraqi Armed Forces released Tal Afar as the last base of Daesh (ISIS) terrorists, which after the release of Iraqi Prime Minister announced the complete liberation of Nineveh province from the ISIS grip.
Tal Afar is from the Iraqi Turkmen area of Nineveh province which due to its circumstances the displaced families as a result of the ISIS invasion have still not returned to their homes.
