90 casualties among ISIL takfiris in north of Tikrit reported

Security sources reported here today that 90 Da'ish members, including Arabs, were either killed or wounded in armed clashes with tribal men north of Tikrit.

The sources that 50 Da'ish (ISIS) members were killed, including Arabs, in Beiji area, 40 km north of Tikrit and wounding 40, in addition to destroying tens of vehicles.

On the other hand, it was reported that five civilians were killed and 15 more wounded during the clashes.

In addition, Anti-terrorism Department announced destroying more than 45 Da'ish vehicles with their passengers on their way from Mosul to Beiji refinery.

The operation was conducted in cooperation with the Iraqi air force.
