Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Masoud Mirian, head of the Astan Quds Razavi’s Quran and Etrat Center, said the center plans to gift copies of Quran to the mosques damaged in the riots.

Also, he noted, after the mosques are repaired and restored, the center will organize Quran recitation sessions in the places of worship.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mirian went on to say that contacts will soon be made with the mosques’ officials and boards of trustees about this.
Violent rioters vandalized public and private properties in a number of cities across Iran on Thursday and Friday, killing some ordinary people and security forces and inflicting injuries on others.
They vandalized public properties, blocked streets, attacked the administrative buildings and police stations, and killed and injured a number of security and law enforcement forces.
They also set fire on several mosques and desecrated copies of the Holy Quran.
