AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Sayed Mokhtar Shams al-Dini, Director of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International Knowledge Network, announced the launch of a unified content network for Shiite websites within this platform. He stated that in the first phase of this initiative, five Shiite content websites, including WikiShia, Rahnama Portal, WikiHajj, WikiPasokh, and 12shiaimams have been integrated into the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International Knowledge Network.
In an interview with ABNA News Agency, he further noted, “With the integration of these five Shiite content websites, a total of 42,188 content pieces in 40 different languages have been made accessible to users through the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International Knowledge Network. All metadata and content from these platforms have been registered within the network, and related links have been provided to enhance their visibility.”
Highlighting a key feature of this initiative, the Director of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International Knowledge Network added, “One of the major achievements of this project is the creation of a semantic network for representing the AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings. So far, more than 235,000 semantic relationships have been established between various data points, laying the groundwork for a comprehensive ontology of AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings. This structure facilitates access and contributes to the development of an integrated system for retrieving AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings in multiple languages.”
It is worth mentioning that the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International Knowledge Network has been launched by the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly as an innovative and standardized platform aimed at managing, networking, and structuring knowledge related to AhlulBayt (a.s.). Utilizing advanced technologies such as semantic web data models, ontologies, and data mining techniques, this network not only enhances existing capacities in the domain of AhlulBayt (a.s.) studies but also focuses on structuring AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings for artificial intelligence systems and tools.
