Ayatollah Raisi: Undoubtedly, country's affairs need consensus, cooperation of all forces

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Expressing that the affairs and issues of the country need the consensus, cooperation and convergence of all the forces of the country, the President said, "Any development in the country depends on the cohesion of the three branches and all the forces of the Islamic Revolution".

Speaking on Saturday evening after the meeting of the three branches, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi described the holding of the meeting to be a very good ground for thinking together to solve the country's problems, and added, "Today we have important issues in the country, including COVID, due to which people are suffering, and solving this problem requires the cooperation of all institutions and organs and the use of all the capacities of the country".

Dr Raisi called the economic problem and stability in the market another important issue of the country today and said, "Solving this problem is the will of the people and we need the cooperation of all forces to create stability in the market".

"All capacities must be used along with the huge capacity of the people's power and the participation of all people, entrepreneurs, investors and guilds so that we can reach a clear point to stabilise the market and curb inflation," he said.

The President continued, "Another important issue is the budget deficit, which should be pursued with the cooperation and consensus of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and God willing, the budget reform can establish peace in the country".

In the last part of his speech, Ayatollah Raisi emphasised, "Any development in the country depends on the cohesion of branches and the cohesion of all the forces of the Islamic Revolution, and all those who are concerned about the revolution and the system with any political view today must play a role in solving the country's problems".
