According to the news website of the Holy Shrine of Fatima Masoumeh (s.a.), Zainab Nasrallah, daughter of martyr Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, along with a group of women and families of martyrs of the Resistance Front in Iraq, Pakistan and Lebanon, met with Ayatollah Sayyed Muhammad Saeedi, Custodian of the Hazrat Masoumeh (s.a.) Holy Shrine.
It has been long years that Camille Chamoun stadium in Beirut had not seen its seats reaching their full capacity and beyond. According to Lebanese sources, the stadium has been empty for at least five years. But the funeral of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah made the sports site once again seeing the crows. Not only the stadium, but also the surrounding streets were packed with people in the day of funeral of Sayyed Nasrallah and Hezbollah Executive Council head Sayyed Hashem Safieddine.
Following the tragic assassination of Nasrallah on September 27, 2024, by Israeli airstrikes using American-made bunker buster bombs, the outpouring of condolences on social media highlighted the immense influence Nasrallah held far beyond Lebanon’s borders.
