Photos: Laylat al-Mabit celebrates in Moscow, Russia

Laylat al-Mabit was celebrated in Moscow capital of Russia. Representatives of grand Ayatollah Khamenei, Sistani and also dozens of Ahlul Bayt followers participated at the event. Laylat al-Mabit is the night in which the prophet of Islam started his emigration from Mecca to Medina. Due to the decision of Quraysh to kill the Prophet, Imam Ali b. Abi Talib slept in his place so the assassins will not notice his absence and the prophet left Mecca. The verse 207 of Surat al-Baqarah is revealed in this regard to show the sacrifice of Imam 'Ali for saving the life of the prophet.
