AhlulBayt News Agency: The Qadr Night and mourning ceremony for the martyrdom of Amir al-Mu'minin (Imam Ali, peace be upon him) was held in Moscow, Russia, with the participation of Afghan migrants. The event featured a speech by Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Muzaffar, the Imam of Friday Prayer of South Kabul.
