AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The mourning ceremony on the first night of Muharram was held by Al-Basair Cultural Institute at Hazrat Seyyed al-Shahada (AS) complex in the town of "Bartala" in the east of Mosul city in Nineveh province of Iraq.
