Israeli terrorist President Isaac Herzog on Sky News claims the Military found materials to develop chemical weapons on Palestinian fighters. It’s been revealed that the material is an amateur biography of World Trade Center attacker Ramzi Yousef and contains no instructions on how to develop chemical weapons.
