The ISIL Takfiri terrorists have executed at least 30 young men in the Iraqi city of Mosul after they refused to join the militants’ fight against the government forces.

According to Kurdish sources in Iraq, the ISIL militants have tightened their grip on local residents in Mosul as they are forcing the families that have at least two men among their members to send one of them for fighting.

Anyone who refuses to obey the order has to pay with his life or pay 1.5 million Iraqi dinars.

ISIL militants took control of Mosul in a lightning advance on June 10, which was followed by the fall of Tikrit, located 140 kilometers (87 miles) northwest of the capital, Baghdad. Tikrit has been reportedly retaken by the Iraqi army.

The militants have since taken control of some areas in northern and northwestern Iraq, committing crimes in those areas including mass execution of civilians as well as army troops and officers.

Meanwhile, fighting between Iraqi armed forces and the ISIL Takfiri terrorists continues in Iraq's western Anbar Province.

The Defense Ministry has confirmed the killing of at least 12 militants in sporadic clashes in southern parts of the Fallujah city in Anbar.

The Takfiri militants have been carrying out horrific acts of violence, including public decapitations and crucifixions, against all Iraqi communities such as Shias, Sunnis, Kurds and Christians.

Senior Iraqi officials have repeatedly blamed Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and some other Persian Gulf Arab states for the growing terrorism in their country.
