AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The International Conference on Social Coordination, National Unity, and Peace in Pakistan, with a focus on the Seerah (Tradition) of Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h), was organized by the Fajr Scientific Institute under the presidency of Allama Sayed Iftikhar Hussain Naqvi, a member of the General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, in the city of Mianwali, Pakistan.
This conference was attended by prominent scientific and Islamic figures worldwide including Dr. Amiri Moghadam, Shahed Khaqan Abbasi, former Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, Director of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Ezzeddin al-Hakim, a professor of religious sciences from Najaf, Iraq, and a representative of Ayatollah Bashir Hussain Najafi.
Other notable attendees included Dr. Bulent Senay, a professor of the history of religions and culture from Bursa University, Turkey, Dr. Ilham al-Shaibani from Karbala University, Iraq, Mufti Muhammad Hashim, Dr. Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, head of the Islamic University Research Center in Islamabad, Dr. Montazer Mahdi from Islamabad, and Ayatollah Dori Najafabadi, Vice President of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
The opening ceremony of the conference was attended by a large number of students and featured speeches by prominent figures. Approximately 150 research papers were submitted to the conference and presented in specialized commissions.
Ayatollah Dorri-Najafabadi, who had also submitted a paper to the conference, expressed his happiness at being present at the gathering. He thanked the organizers and hosts and prayed for the success of Muslims in Gaza and Lebanon. He also expressed hope that this conference would serve as a means of unity for the people of Pakistan, as well as a source of knowledge, justice, brotherhood, and love.
The Vice President of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly described sectarian and racial wars as a cause of corruption and insecurity in nations. He emphasized that elevating the word of Allah leads to internal and national unity and stressed the need to avoid falling into the traps of Satan.
He invited the attendees to read his paper in the conference proceedings and presented several proposals at the end of his speech. He emphasized the importance of raising a righteous and Muslim generation, Islamic unity, vigilance against enemy conspiracies within Pakistan and the broader Islamic world, and the fight against terrorism and the Khawarij.
In conclusion, Ayatollah Dorri-Najafabadi noted that the number of martyrs in Islam has significantly increased in recent years. He mentioned martyrs Sayed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayed Hashem Safieddine among those who have sacrificed their lives and affirmed that the hearts of the dear people of Pakistan stand in solidarity with Gaza and Lebanon.
