(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Senior Pakistani Shiite leader, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, has appealed to the residents of Quetta to serve those Pakistani pilgrims (pilgrims) of holy shrines of Iran and Iraq who stay in Quetta before traveling to Taftan border with Iran.

Speaking to people at Friday prayers in Quetta, Raja Nasir assured that he would persuade the government officials to adopt a fair policy for Zaireen (pilgrims) by providing them security and treat them respectfully.

He said that he would urge the government to arrange additional convoys during Muharram and Safar because of rush of the pilgrims during these two months.

“Zaireen (pilgrims) go to  a sacred visit as they visit the holy shrines of infallible Imams and their companions hence they should be treated humanely by the government and you alike,” he urged.
