AhlulBayt News Agency: Israeli occupation forces (IOF) seized 57 dunums of Kafr Qaddum lands in Qalqilya city, north of the West Bank, on Monday.
Local sources reported that the IOF announced its seizure of Kafr Qaddum lands by leaving a copy of a military seizure order at the site of the confiscated land.
The sources explained that the seizure aimed to create a buffer zone surrounding the Kedumim settlement, noting that the military order is the tenth of its kind issued in September.
In a related context, the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission announced last Thursday that the IOF seized eight dunums of Fasayil village’s land in the Jericho and Jordan Valley Governorate.
The Commission also revealed that the Israeli occupation army seized, by military orders, about 27,000 dunums of the West Bank lands during the first half of this year, under various pretexts, including the declaration of the confiscated lands as nature reserves.
