Israeli Mekomit magazine revealed that Israel's Ministry of Intelligence on 13 October endorsed a plan to expel 2.4 million Palestinians from Gaza to Egypt. The plan was supposed to be implemented in 4 steps, starting with calling Palestinians in the north of Gaza to evacuate to the south.
