AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Public organization of Muslim women of Crimea “Bullyur” under Muslim Religious Administration of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and the educational project “Faidaly Ilim” were recognized as the best in Russia.
The award ceremony took place in Moscow at the VIII Congress of Muslim Women's Organizations “Development and Support of Leadership Potential: Responsibility, Success, Efficiency”, which took place on December 4-6, 2020.
Heads and representatives of Muslim women's organizations, public figures, activists took part in the event, the press office of the Muslim Administration of Crimea reports.
According to the head of the project, psychologist, member of the Association of Psychological Assistance to Muslims, Zeineb Bairova, the purpose of the congress is to unite Muslim women's organizations for joint work aimed at solving urgent problems of Russian Muslim society, as well as clarification of the concept of the position of a Muslim woman in society and the boundaries of her participation in the life of the state according to the Islamic doctrine.
“This year Crimea takes part for the fifth time in the contest and takes the title “Best Muslim Women's Organization - 2020”. Five more organizations from different regions of the Russian Federation were given a special status for efficiency and were awarded cups and commendations for their contribution to the development of Islam in Russia”, said Zeineb Bairova.
Over 30 regions of Russia take part in the work of the congress annually. Moreover, migrants living in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as international delegates are invited to participate.
