Masjid Al‑Zehra in Mirpur Dhaka, Bangladesh hosted a commemorative Majlis in holy month of Ramadan in honor of the late Imam‑e‑Jum'a Maulana Mir Ashraful Alam. Scholars, community members, and special guests—including Iran’s ambassador—attended the gathering, which concluded with congregational Maghrib prayer and an Iftar banquet. Maulana Ashraful Alam, was one of the prominent scholars of Bangladesh. The religious scholar, who was a lecturer at Al‑Mustafa International University and the preacher of the Mirpur Islamic Center, spent many years studying at the religious seminary in the holy city of Qom.
