The al‑Abbas Holy Shrine launched a recited Quranic Khatmah as part of the Fifth al‑Nūrayn Quranic Forum in Babylon, with participation from thirteen community groups. The program, organized in cooperation with the shrine of Lady al‑‘Alawiyya, will continue throughout Ramadan and is drawing large numbers of believers.
