The Islamic movement in Nigeria marked annual martyrs day in Abuja being the 2026 Martyrs’ Day commemoration which took place on Wednesday 25th of Rajab, 1447, equivalent to 14/1/2026 at his residence, the Leader of the Islamic movement in Nigeria his eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky has explained reasons why martyrs of the Islamic struggle are being killed or maimed. He also he explained the status of martyrdom in Islam. The programme was attended by the families of the martyrs nationwide.
