Ghulam Hussain and Jafar Ali were boarding a car in Landhi No.4 of Korangi’s Zaman Town police area where the takfiri terrorists of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba (ASWJ or LeJ) ambushed them. They sprayed the car with sporadic firing that left Ghulam Hussain martyred on the spot and Jafar Ali injured.
Condition of Jafar Ali is said to be serious at the hospital where he was under treatment till the filing of this report.
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the targeted attack on Shia Muslims. They said that the ASWJ’s takfiris were active in Korangi district of Karachi and it was third such attack in the district in last 10 days. They said that Shia genocide continued due to failure of the government and security officials in taking due action against the terrorists.
