Pres. Rouhani: Gov’t determined to boost production, foil enemies' plots through negotiation

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Iran's President described generating employment and fighting absolute poverty as two government’s top priorities, stressing that the government is doing its best for their realisation.

Speaking in a cabinet session on Wednesday, President Hassan Rouhani said, "In the current special regional and global situation, I urge all organs and media and newspapers to inform people of the realities”.

He also said, "I call on people to ignore targeted advertising,” adding, "The living aids will certainly continue”.

The President added, "Fuel consumption has decreased 20 million litres after implementing the petrol price reform”.

He went on to state, "The government is determined to boost production and foil enemies’ plots through negotiation,” adding that the government will not cross the red lines of the state in this regard.

“Improving the National Information Network does not mean cutting off the Internet,” continued the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Dr Rouhani added, "We want people to have access to a powerful national information network alongside foreign internet”.

He added, "Realities must be explained to the people and nothing should be kept secret from them”.

He also went on to state, "Next year, around 400 trillion tomans will be invested in the country’s development and prosperity”.

The President continued, "Ministries of ‘Industry, Mines and Trade,’ and ‘Justice’ should work with Tazirat to prevent people from suffering”.

The President continued, "Old methods of combatting corruption must be reformed by adopting scientific and technological methods”.

He also went on to emphasise that the United States’ conspiracies against Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and other regional countries will be defeated, saying, "Without a doubt, the people of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Iran can stand up to their conspiracies and the Iranian nation will be pioneers of this move, as they have been so far”.

“The way to overcome problems is observing the law, ethics, public vitality, national unity and solidarity,” continued Rouhani.

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran also said, "Law and culture are the cornerstones of the system and the country’s development”.

He added, "All our work must be within the framework of the law and all our conduct must be within the framework of perfection, and Islamic and Iranian culture”.

Stating that “By the end of next year, 5 human vaccines will be made in the country” he said, "This is very important, and I urge all organs and media and newspapers to inform people of the realities”.

“Innovation factories must be established in all provinces,” said Rouhani, adding, "Development of new technologies pave the way for creating employment and providing the opportunity needed for university graduates”.

Dr Rouhani also said, "Students and student movements and institutions must be independent and not become affiliated to a party or faction”.
