AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Asgharia Ilm wo Amal Tahreek Pakistan and Asgharia Students Organization Pakistan jointly Conducted 2 days’ workshop under the Banner of “Effective Leadership and Management” for the capacity building and Central Cabinet of both organizations as well as responsible persons of Majilis Aala and Tableegh Deen Mustafa s.a.w.w.
Sessions on Leadership skills and Management taken by Religious Scholar and Chairman of Asgharia Tahreek Mufakar Islam Sayed Hussain Moosavi, Central President of Asgharia Tahreek Sayed Shakeel Shah Hussaini, Central President of Asgharia Students Organization Mohsin Ali Asghari and Well known Educationalist and Social activisit Abdul Wahid Sangrasi.
The speakers said Management and leadership are important for the delivery of good health services. Although the two are similar in some respects, they may involve different types of outlook, skills, and behaviors. Good managers should strive to be good leaders and good leaders, need management skills to be effective. Leaders will have a vision of what can be achieved and then communicate this to others and evolve strategies for realizing the vision. They motivate people and are able to negotiate for resources and other support to achieve their goals.
During Workshop the participants were performed the daily prayers on time.
