Astan Quds Razavi has held a conference to pay tribute to the Arba’een servants and Mavakib (accommodation tents) owners in the presence of AQR chief custodian Hoj. Ahmad Marvi, at Imam Khomeini portico of Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Astan Quds Razavi has held a conference to pay tribute to the Arba’een servants and Mavakib (accommodation tents) owners in the presence of AQR chief custodian Hoj. Ahmad Marvi, at Imam Khomeini portico of Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine.

Speaking at the outset of the conference, Hossein Akbari, the head of cultural committee of the conference, said: “Imam Hussein (AS) is a salvation ship for all world people and we have to follow him to obtain a real peace of mind”.

He added: “Working as a volunteer servant is a great honor no ordinary man may find a chance to have; those working as servants enjoy a very great position before the Almighty”.

Referring to various afflictions of the contemporary man and pointing to hegemonic dominance, racism, and extremism as main reasons behind the story, Akbari stated that clinging to the Holy Quran and following the infallible Imams (AS) were two available solutions to stand in the face of those problems.

Elsewhere in his address, Akbari said: “Shia people will show their affection and devotion to Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions by participating in Arba'een great rally”.

The ceremony, hosting a number of salient figures, also saw eulogy performance by Iranian and Iraqi panegyrists.
