AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): International day of Al-Quds was observed across Sindh province of Pakistan on Friday with mass rallies held to condemn Zionists’ atrocities against innocent people of Palestine.
Protesters carrying Palestinian flags and banners plastered with images of Al-Aqsa Mosque and leaders of Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas.
Amid slogans of "death to Israel", and "death to America",The Centeral President of Asgharia Students Organization Pakistan-ASOP Mohsin Ali Asghari, Central President of Asgharia Ilm o Amal Tahreek Pakistan-AIATP Muhammad Alam Sajdi, Central President of Asgharia Khawateen (Ladies) Ilm o Amal Tahreek Pakistan-AKIATP Sister Nusrat Ali Mughal and religious scholars in their speeches on the occasion.
Speakers denounced Washington’s peace plan for the conflict, the so-called "deal of the century", terming it a move to legitimize the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land, particularly Jerusalem.
Hundreds of protesters, including women and children, waved Palestinian flags and chanted anti-Israel slogans in overall Sindh.
The leaders while speaking to the participants, emphasised that Muslim renaissance organisations like Hamas, Akhwanul Muslimoon and Hezbollah were not terrorist but were striving for the rights of Muslims, ensuring their independence from the Zionists yoke and for the re-establishment of independent state of Palestine in the areas it had before 1948 and with the Al-Aqsa mosque restored to its historic status. also slammed the US administration’s so-called “Deal of the Century” aimed at resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict."If the deal is implemented, it will be an eternal loss for Palestine and a major gain for its occupiers, They stressed for the need of greater unity among Muslim schools of thought to foil the enemy conspiracies.
Several protest rallies were staged in different parts of Pakistan by religious parties including Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Badin, Matli, Mirwah Gorchani, Bhit Shah, Hala, Sakrand, Nawab shah, Doulatpur, Nausheroferoz, Moro, Kharipur Mirs, Bozdar wada, Sukkur, Ghotki, Jecobabad, Shikarpur, Shahdad kot, Larkana, K.N Shah, Dadu, Jamshoro and other small cities of Sindh. where protestors denounced the Zionist aggression against Palestine.
During rallies angry protestors also torched US and Zionist regime flags and chanted slogans against them.
Special prayers were offered at mosques for liberation of Palestine.
