AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Two detained Bahraini teenagers are reportedly being deprived of contacting their families.
According to local rights campaigner Ebtisam Al-Saegh, the 14-year-olds are denied access to a telephone and only see their loved ones during a brief weekly visit.
Hussein Radhi and Ali Hussein Abdulwahab were detained earlier this month over their alleged involvement in an illegal gathering.
Last week, Manama’s public prosecutor extended their detention by a further 15 days, pending an investigation.
Al-Saegh has called for the release of the two minors, describing their detention as arbitrary.
