AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Ahmed Qassim, who is receiving treatment in Britain, issued a statement in which he mourned the demise of the religious scholar Sheikh Abdul Hussein Al-Sitri.
Sheikh Isa Qassim described in his statement the late scholar as "an honorable and dear brother, who knew the truth and held on to it, and remained steadfast in that battle, so congratulations to him. He has gained from Allah great rewards and high ranks."
Sheikh Isa Qassim then extended his condolences "to the holy Imam Mahdi (AS), God hasten his appearance, the great religious authorities, jurists and scholars of this nation, as well as the faithful people of Bahrain, all believers and the honorable family of the deceased."
