AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Ali Mushaima reportedly fell ill in the early hours of Monday morning as he continuous his protest outside the Bahraini embassy in London.
Exiled Bahraini rights campaigner Sayed Ahmed Alwadaei reported that Ali “suddenly started sweating and feeling a sharp pain in his stomach”.
“He lost his balance due to dizziness and started vomiting,” Alwadaei wrote in a Twitter post.
He later added that Ali was not transferred to hospital and eventually “felt better”.
Ali is recovering from a 45-day hunger strike, which he observed in protest over the ill-treatment of his jailed father and Bahraini opposition leader Hassan Mushaima.
