Wife of martyred military adviser narrates Imam Khamenei's visit to her home

“Since, previously the leader of the revolution had visited some families of the martyrs in Mashhad, I predicted that he would also come to visit us. But I didn’t expect it to happen so soon. I rather thought we would go to visit him along with some other families of the martyrs. The presence of the supreme leader, despite all his responsibilities, was very valuable to me.”

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In an interview with Hemaseh and Jahad news agency, Jamileh Ghazizadeh, the wife of the martyred Iranian military adviser in Syria, Sayyid Muhammad-Jawad Hassan-Zadeh, narrated Ayatollah Khamenei’s visit to her and the martyr’s house by saying: “Two days ago, we were informed that we had to take part in a ceremony, but we didn’t have any information about the details of it. Yesterday, as we approached the evening, I thought it was more probably a meeting with the Leader of the Revolution. I told my sister-in-law that I felt either we were to visit the leader or that he would visit us at our home. Until, just around 9:30, we were told a dear guest was visiting: our visitor was the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.

Martyr Hassan-Zadeh’s wife continued: “The main theme of the talk by the Leader was the martyrs and the importance of the work of the martyrs’ families. His Eminence stated that the families of the martyrs should thank God for it because it of the extremely valuable blessing bestowed upon them.

Ms. Ghazizadeh described how words would fail to express the moment she met the leader of the revolution and added: “it was a unique and extraordinary feeling. When he entered the house, the ambiance changed completely, and the house was filled with spirituality and positive energy. My mother-in-law passed away six months after my husband was martyred. But his sister was at our home and we were all happy to meet the leader.”

Martyr Hassan-Zadeh’s wife went on to say: “I really liked to see the leader caress my little daughters. At the time of saying goodbye, he kissed my older daughter, Fatemeh, and caressed her on the head. I wanted to bring my other daughter who was sleeping in the room. He waited patiently till I brought her and he caressed her. My sister-in-law read a letter to him, and he listened patiently. We had an extraordinary time.”

GhaziZadeh referred to her prediction of leader’s visit to her home and said: “Since, previously the leader of the revolution had visited some families of the martyrs in Mashhad, I predicted that he would also come to visit us. But I didn’t expect it to happen so soon. I rather thought we would go to visit him along with some other families of the martyrs. The presence of the supreme leader, despite all his responsibilities, was very valuable to me.”

She then mentioned a memory about the meeting of the leader with the mother of a martyr and added: “Since my father-in-law, Sayyed Najafali Hassaz-Zadeh, was also martyred during the Sacred Defense era, when I had just married my husband, the leader of the revolution visited my mother-in-law. At that time my husband and I were in Jamkaran, so we missed the opportunity to meet him. But my sister-in-law received a gold coin as a present that we spent on our marriage ceremony.

The wife of martyr Hassan-Zadeh referred to receiving three rings as presents from the leader and said: “I asked the leader to offer a ring to me and two rings for the future of my daughters. He offered us three rings along with a Quran with a handwritten note in it.
