Ufa, Russia (AhlulBayt News Agency) - From 4 to 8 July Ufa Congress Hall will host an international scientific conference "Traditional Islam in Russia", dedicated to the 185th anniversary of the birth of Zainullah Sharif Rasulev - a Bashkir religious and public figure.
Participants from Azerbaijan, Turkey and Uzbekistan are expected to discuss the problems of the history of Russian Muslims, the role of Zainulla Rasulev in the development of Islam in Russia.
Timur Valitov, Head of the youth department of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Bashkortostan said: "In his works he teaches us primarily professional thoughts, and not just blindly imitate other spiritual predecessors."
He also noted that holding a conference dedicated to such an outstanding historical personality as Zainulla Rasulev is a socially significant event for the Republic of
