Pres. Rouhani: All Iranian political groups, people united against Trump, Zionist Regime

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Speaking at the large gathering of people in Khorasan Razavi's Sabzevar city, President Hassan Rouhani said that all political groups and people are united against Trump and the Zionist Regime, adding: " We proved to the world that the people of Iran are the people of peace".

"We don't favour war and tension, but will strongly defend our rights", said the President adding: " The US will not be able to do anything against the Iranian nation"

Stating that "from months ago, the necessary instructions have been issued to the Atomic Energy Organisation and economic sectors," Dr Rouhani said: "We are ready for any decision about the JCPOA".

"We all tried since 2013 to advance the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the lowest price and dignity. We wanted to tell the world that nuclear sanctions against Iran were wrong and some world powers must retreat from this decision," he continued.

Stating that "both our soldiers in battlefield and diplomats are victories," the President also said: "We wanted to tell that world that with their best capability and the most artistic and logical words, our diplomats can verify their words".

We proved to the world that the people of Iran are the people of peace, Dr Rouhani added, saying: "We took the first step of breaking sanctions in 2013 and continued along that path".

"After the JCPOA, petrochemicals, selling oil, and insurance went back to their normal state," he continued, adding: "We have lived up to our obligations in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)".

He also went on to say: "It's been for 15 months now that Trump is describing the JCPOA as the worst agreement in the history of the United States".

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran added: "The world praises Iran's commitment and logic, except for the new US administration, the vicious Zionist Regime and Saudi Arabia".

"I appreciate the people, the Supreme Leader and all armed forces; we have to maintain our unity," added Rouhani.

"From months ago, the necessary instructions have been issued to the Atomic Energy Organisation and economic sectors; we are ready for any decision about the JCPOA," he added.

"We tell the world explicitly that we will not negotiate our defensive weapons with anyone," he added, saying: "It's none of anybody's business what decisions we have made for defending ourselves".

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran also said: "We will combat terrorism anywhere in the region and we won't let another ISIS to be formed".

Stating that "The US will not be able to do anything against the Iranian nation," he continued: "If the US exits the JCPOA, it will soon regret it".

On the foreign currency market, the President added: "The government will supply importers and entrepreneurs with foreign currency with an official price".

We have no problems for supplying people's basic needs, Rouhani continued, saying: "We will continue the path of the revolution and development".

He continued: "Sabzevar is the city of history, knowledge and poetry," adding that 436 provincial projects will be opened in this visit.

Stating that "Pars Steel project will be opened today," he added: "Khorasan Razavi province is at the top of employment figures".

"Export from this province has raised 15 per cent and transit shows an 18-percent growth," he continued.

President Rouhani also said: "With efforts made in the agriculture sector and despite low amount of rainfall, modern irrigation systems increased by 50%".

He continued: "Khorasan is an important hub for agriculture and we have special plans for water efficiency," adding that Khorasan is an important hub for strategic industries of our country, such as steel.
