(AhlulBayt News Agency) - President of the Islamic Republic of Iran arrived in Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Wednesday to make an official visit to the country.
In the visit that is taking place at the official invitation of President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, Dr Hassan Rouhani is scheduled to meet with his counterpart and discuss bilateral, regional and international issues.
Attending the meeting of high-ranking delegations of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan, participating the ceremony of signing of cooperation documents and memoranda of understanding by the officials of the two countries, taking part at the Conference of Joint Economic Cooperation of Iran and Azerbaijan and opening joint projects and plans are among Dr Rouhani’s plans in this visit.
