General Qasem Soleimani meets Qom grand Shia scholars

Commander of Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Qods Force Major General Qasem Soleimani met with grand Shia scholars in the holy city of Qom. General Soleimani's meetings with Grand Ayatollahs Nasser Makarem Shirazi, Hossein Noori Hamedani, Abdullah Javadi Amoli, and Jafar Sobhani took place on Wednesday. The meetings were held behind closed doors and without presence of media. He reportedly briefed the senior clerics on the most recent situation of the Resistance Front.
