We offer prayers in thanksgiving that Almighty Allah determined to annihilate the terrorist and takfiri groups, including the criminals of ISIS, who, for six years, were engaged in corruption, rebellion, and bloodshed on the earth due to their Wahhabi thoughts and the patronage of Al Saud, Al Nahyan, and other reactionary regimes of the region as well as weaponry support by the United States, Britain, the Zionist regime, and their allies. That was God’s will that this victory be accomplished through your wise guidelines, which added to your dignity and grandeur and caused a double honor for the Iranian nation.
Now, in this holy month in the Islamic calendar, Muslim nations are happy to witness this great conquer and the fulfilment of divine promise to the true believers who believe in God’s power against the conspiracies of oppressors, as the Holy Quran says: "They certainly devised their plots, but their plots are known to Allah, even if their plots were such as to dislodge the mountains; so do not suppose that Allah will break His promise to His apostles. Indeed Allah is All-Mighty, Avenger." (Surah Ibrahim, Verses 46 and 47).
No doubt, this great triumph is indebted to your prudence, wisdom, and determinative supports which caused the struggles and sacrifice of the warriors for the sake of Allah from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Pakistan to bear fruit.

We renew our allegiance to the great martyrs from different nationalities who sacrificed their lives to defend the sanctuaries of Ahlulbayt, and promise that we shall never give up our efforts to preserve their valuable achievements.
But Allah desires to confirm the truth with His words, and to root out the faithless,so that He may confirm the truth and bring falsehood to naught, though the guilty should be averse. (Surah Al-Anfal: Verses 7 & 8)
