On the occasion of the 28th demise anniversary of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) a seminar entitled "The Role and Responsibility of Religious and Social Leaders in Guiding Community" will be held on Saturday, June 3, in Unitic Hall in Sarajevo with the contribution of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Some speakers in this seminar include Mile Babic, a professor at the Catholic University of Sarajevo, Sejh Edin Urjan Kukavica, a writer and the head of Book Institute in Bosnia and Herzegovina Ministry of Culture, and Hujjat al-Islam Mahmoud Reza Jamshidi, a member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom.
Haris Ducic, one of the prominent TV hosts at Kantona TV channel, Sarajevo, will run the seminar.
According to this report, given multi-religious society and ethnic diversity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, this seminar will be held with the aim of introducing the manners of Imam Khomeini (Mercy of Allah be upon him) as the top awakener and contemporary reformer that one of his priority orders was to create unity among different religions and ethnic groups.
