KARACHI, Pakistan (AhlulBayt News Agency) - Karachi police has begun a crackdown on Shia pilgrims on their return from pilgrimage of Arbaeen in Iraq and Iran. Raids were conducted in Jafaria Colony and Jafar-e-Tayyar Society in Karachi to round up the pilgrims in what appeared to harass them.
Many Shia pilgrims were taken into illegal custody on their return from arbaeen pilgrimage in Malir Jafar-e-Tayyar and Gulbahar Jafaria Colony. Shia Muslims believe that all this was being done at the behest of Saudi monarchy to marginalize Shia Muslims of Pakistan.
On the Saudi dictation, the enemies of Pakistan and Pakistani nation were being allowed a free hand in all over Pakistan despite the fact that publicly claimed responsibility for terrorist attacks on Sunni and Shia Muslim civilians and also o security officials and mosques and Imam Bargahs and shrines of Islamic saints.
Shia parties are likely to sit together to thrash out the victimization of Shia Muslims under Saudi proxy war with an aim to marginalize the Shiites of Pakistan that the Shia parties turned down and vowed to launch a worldwide campaign against pro-terrorists policies of the State of Pakistan.
