Photos: 'Who is Hussain?' volunteers distribute water bottles, visit hospitals in Karnataka, India

On 17th Muharram 1438 (19 October 2016) a day where people from across Karnataka (Indian State) gather every year in Doddabalapur (a historical place near Bangalore) to commemorate 7th day of martyrdom of Hussain ibn Ali (PBUT), 'Who is Hussain?' - Alipur Chapter, distributed water bottle along with brief information leaflet to the general public with an intention to make them aware about Imam Hussain. 'WiH' volunteers also visited nearby hospitals and distributed fruits, water and literature and wished them the speedy recovery with divine blessing. After noon prayers WiH team ensured that the places were maintained clean with collection of garbage. Karnataka 'WiH' reached to over 2000 people with message of Love! Honour! Sacrifice! to which Husain ibn Ali stood.
