(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Free medical camp in commemoration of late Sheikh Mohammad Hussain Zakiri founder and chief patron of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust in Kargil-Ladakh (IKMT), organized on 25th August 2016 by BHC & RC-Health Wing of IKMT, Kargil-Ladakh.
Baqirya Health Care and Research Centre (A Health Wing of IKMT Kargil), organized a one day Free Medical Camp at Youljuk Tesuru on 25th of August 2016.
The Camp was held in the memory of Late Sheikh Mohmad Hussain Zakiri Founder and Chief Patron of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust Kargil-Ladakh, in the Upper Suru about 70 KM from head quarter Kargil-Ladakh.
More than 500 patients were provided with free medical treatment.
Senior doctors comprising of general physician, orthopedics, gynecologist, eye specialist, pediatrician, dental surgeons, with para medical staff and members of Baqiria as usual provided voluntary services at the camp.
The camp was equipped with latest mobile laboratory, where in tests of different nature were also conducted free of cost.
Free medicines were also provided to the patients at the camp. Ambulance service were kept available in the camp to facilitated patients residing in the remote locations of the area.
The locals of Suru appreciated the initiative of Baqirya Health Care and Research Centre and thanked for organizing the camp in their far flung area.
