Pro-Saudi Press: “Sham al-din Mohammad Sharaf al-din” martyred in airstrike

pro-Saudi Arabia regime media have reported the martyrdom of “Sham al-din Mohammad Sharaf al-din”, Chairman of the Union of Yemeni scholars, in Saudi airstrikes on Yemen.

According to Ahlul Bayt News Agency – ABNA – pro-Saudi Arabia regime media have reported the martyrdom of “Sham al-din Mohammad Sharaf al-din”, Chairman of the Union of Yemeni scholars, in Saudi airstrikes on Yemen.

According to this report, pro-Saudi media and the resigned Yemeni President have announced that “Abd al-Rahman Shams al-Din” and a number of his entourage have been martyred in Saudi airstrikes.

This media called Sham al-din Mohammad Sharaf al-din a Houthi mufti and added that him and his entourage were killed On the road linking Saada to Amran.

Given that his correct name is “Sham al-din Mohammad Sharaf al-din” and the media has called him “Abd al-Rahman Shams al-Din”, there is this suspicion that there has been a mistake.

So far, no media affiliated with Houthis have confirmed the news.

It is noteworthy that “Sham al-din Mohammad Sharaf al-din”, Chairman of the Union of Yemeni scholars, had participated in the three-day conference of “Under Imam Ali’s (A) Shade” which was held by Ahlul Bayt World Assembly.

UPDATE

This news was disproved as “Sham al-din Mohammad Sharaf al-din” is not even in Yemen and is currently on a trip to Moscow.

He has traveled to Moscow, Russia to negotiate the possibility of stopping the political and military intervention of Saudi Arabia in Yemen with Mikhail Bogdanov, Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Sheikh Sharaf al-Din and his company have been in Russia for a long time and have not yet returned to Yemen.
