"White Lives Matter" Was Just Classified as a Hate Movement along with the KKK

The "White Lives Matter" movement has been added to the Southern Law Center's annual "hate map" along with such hateful monsters as the Klu Klux Klan and racist skinheads.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - An American nonprofit legal advocacy organization tracking hate groups across the United States is classifying the White Lives Matter as one.

The "White Lives Matter" movement has been added to the Southern Law Center's annual "hate map" along with such hateful monsters as the Klu Klux Klan and racist skinheads.

"We are listing them because they are clearly white supremacists," the head of the SPLC's Intelligence Project, Heidi Beirich, told Vice. "Their motto should be 'only white lives matter.'"

The Black Lives Matter movement is about asserting the value of blackness in the face of repeated instances of police brutality against black men. It is not a cause exclusively for black people, but all Americans.

As Teen Vogue social media director Terron Moore wrote along with our #ItCouldBe video series: "The threat of police brutality in America affects all of us. While the victims of this violence have been disproportionately African American, it happens to people of different races and backgrounds across the country. #ItCouldBe your best friend. Your coworker. Your brother. Your sister. You."

"White Lives Matter" is a response to the statement that "Black Lives Matter," based in the idea that the movement is further evidence that whiteness is being threatened (it's not).

"White genocide is a phenomenon where mass third world immigration, integration by force and 24/7 race mixing propaganda are being promoted in all and only white countries to turn them non-white," the WLM website states.

And if that wasn't condemning enough, Vice notes that the one of the leaders of the White Lives Matter movement is also in charge of a neo-Nazi group called the Aryan Strikeforce, and has urged for "the blood of our enemies [to] soak our soil for new mortar to rebuild our landmasses."

In a post on vk.com, the group’s leader, 40-year-old Rebecca Barnette from Tennessee, wrote once that Jews and Muslims have made an alliance "to commit genocide of epic proportions" against the white race.

SPLC has decided to add the group to its annual list, which is “cited extensively by journalists, academics and government officials alike, provides an important barometer—not the only one, of course—to help us understand the state of hate and extremism in America,” according to its president, Richard Cohen.
