July 22 witnessed a mass scale revolution with protesters blocking all highways in and going out of the cities across Pakistan.

Thousands of Shiites across the country took to the streets with a sit-in on all main arteries after their leader MWM Chief Allama Jafri's call.

The reports suggested around 80 venues in Pakistan with sit-ins addressed and led by many a clerics and dignitaries from MWM.

A sit-in in Islamabad, where Allama Jafri's Hunger Strike continues for about 71 days, was led by MWM's leader Allama Hasan Zafar demand a 'Terror-Free Pakistan'.

Allama Hasan Zafar has continued with his supremo Allama Jafri since day one and has taken the toll of the hunger strike. He, on Saturday, has been reported to be taken to a hospital, suffering from malnutrition.

Currently the cleric is under doctors observation in ICU, though stable but weak.
