Seven month of Zaria massacre: AFIM demanding justice and immediate release of Shiekh Zakzaky in Bauchi / Photos

AhlulBayt News Agency - Student wings of Academic Forum of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Zakzaky on Sunday 17 of July, 2016, took to the streets to demand the unconditional release of their supreme leader Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky who has been kept incommunicado for more than seven months. The students who comprised students of higher education and secondary schools alike, also demanded justice for their slain brothers and sisters who were mercilessly massacred and buried in mass graves.

The rallies started from Fudiyya school Shagari to the famous Wunti Roundabout in the central city of Bauchi.

Placards and leaflets were distributed to the onlookers who watched the rallies with keen interests.
The leaflets contained detailed accounts of how the Zaria massacre unfolded and why the students would not relent protesting unless their leader is released from the illegal detention. Protesters were distributed press release of their calls to passersby.

Shaikh Zakzaky (H) has been held since after the unjustly Nigerian military clamp down peaceful members of the Islamic Movement on 12th-14th December 2016 where about 1000+ brothers and sisters have been killed or their where about not known and about 200 being held unjustly with the international Human Right denouncing the atrocities.
