Barghouthi’s 10 points can be summarized in the following. First, launching a clear honest strategic dialogue between Hamas and Fatah by both of their political bureaus not through representatives. The dialogue time should not exceed a period of three months and should discuss principles and rules for complete political partnership between the Palestinian Authority (PA), the PLO, the government, the national council, the legislative council, and civil and security institutions in addition to come up with a partnership document draft, he highlighted.
The second point was to continue the dialogue with a national conference of all segments of the Palestinian people on all political, social, economic and academic levels in order to approve and endorse the draft document.
