William Celli, 55, a California man who stood outside a mosque in December and yelled, "I'm going to kill you all" was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and three years of probation, reported station KRON last week.
Celli, who has said on his Facebook account that he supports Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, took the sentence as part of a plea deal after admitting his guilt to "a charge that he attempted to violate the free exercise of civil rights," according to the report.
Celli had also reportedly posted a photo of a pipe bomb on Facebook.
His plea deal dropped the charges of "making criminal threats with a hate crime enhancement," according to the news station.
