AhlulBayt News Agency - Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah delivered on Tuesday a speech in which he tackled a number of regional issues.
Addressing a mass crowd commemorating the Martyr Leaders Day, His Eminence congratulated via screen the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Leader, the Iranian President and people on the 37th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution's victory.
He further hailed the oppressed Yemeni people, suffering the brutal Saudi-US aggression for nearly a year.
Similarly, the Resistance Leader praised the Bahraini people in their fifth year of steadfastness and Revolution.
On the internal front, Sayyed Nasrallah condoled the family and followers of former PM Rafiq Hariri's assassination despite the political rift with his heirs.
"It is our ethical duty to extend condolences to the family of the late ex-PM Rafik Hariri, despite political rivalry with some of his heirs, and we hope the day will come when this anniversary will become an occasion that unites all Lebanese," he said.
In parallel, His Eminence emphasized the national importance of Hizbullah's understanding with the Free Patriotic Movement and the importance of this convergence between the Lebanese sides.
On the Martyr Leaders Day, he vowed: "We won't forget these Leaders and the coming avenge."
In an attempt to analyze the "Israeli" positions from the regional developments, Sayyed Nasrallah highlighted that the apartheid entity announced that they have two chances and fear two threats.
Based on the "Israeli" conclusions, Sayyed Nasrallah confirmed: "The two chances are forming a coalition with the "Sunni" regimes in the region as well as changing the regime in Syria."
According to the "Israeli, His Eminence vowed that "if the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime is toppled, Syria will descend a severe blow to the axis of the Resistance and the Syrian army will become questionable ability to participate in any military confrontation with "Israel"."
"The two threats for the "Israelis" are the Iranian existential threat as well as the Resistance movements in Lebanon, and Palestine- particularly Hizbullah," he viewed.
As the Resistance Leader stressed that it is beneficial to monitor the "Israeli" media, he realized that the "Israeli" rhetoric has become identical to the rhetoric reflected in some Arab media, especially in the Gulf and Saudi Arabia.
"There is a match in the terminologies and ideas between the "Israeli" media and some Arab channels, especially the Saudi and other Gulf ones," His Eminence asserted.
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah revealed that the "Israeli" as well as some Arab governments are pushing strongly to talk about the Sunni-Shiite conflict and imaging that everything that is happening in the region is a Sunni-Shiite conflict is a political conflict, as in Yemen, Bahrain, secret, Iraq, Lebanon, sectarian title serves their interests.
"The "Israeli" is presenting itself as a friend, ally, and protector to the Sunni people," he warned, recalling that "the "Israeli" entity is presenting itself as a friend of the Sunni community in Lebanon and it had presented itself as a friend for the Christians in Lebanon and Palestine and then for Druze before presenting itself as a defender of Shiites in Lebanon in the face of Palestinians."
According to His Eminence, the Zionist entity is now presenting itself as an ally and defender of the Sunni sect and this is being endorsed in some Arab capitals. "Circumstances are being exploited in order to move some Arab-"Israeli" ties from the shadows to the public arena."
To the rulers of the so-called Sunni governments, Sayyed Nasrallah proposed the following questions: "Are you to accept friendship with an enemy that occupied the Sunni Land in Palestine, and massacred the Sunni people there? Can you become friends with an entity that has committed the most horrible massacres against the Sunni community?
Didn't you see the 21 year old Palestinian girl bleeding to death by "Israel"? How can any sane person in Sunni states consider "Israel" as a friend, ally or a protectorate?"
Moreover, he wondered: "You are free to consider Iran an enemy but how can you consider "Israel" a friend and an ally?"
In response, His Eminence emphasized that this issue must be confronted in a serious manner. "If "Israel" becomes an ally of Sunni states, Palestine will be lost eternally," he warned.
"Yaalon and Netanyahu are allegedly presenting themselves as protectors and friends of the Sunni people," he stated.
Urging a religious move against alliances with Tel Aviv, he affirmed that this is the responsibility of clerics and people to reject deception and misinformation, otherwise Palestine will be lost forever.
On the Syrian front, Sayyed Nasrallah reiterated that Syria is the pillar of the Resistance axis. "Changing the Syrian regime is an "Israeli" interest."
To "Israel", Sayyed Nasrallah explained that "any choice other than al-Assad regime is acceptable, even if it was al-Nusra or "ISIS"."
""Israel" aggress with the Saudi, and Turkish rhetoric that al-Assad's regime must be changed... However, in their latest conferences, they concluded that it is difficult or even impossible to change the Syrian regime."
On this level, he cautioned that "Israel" seeks to achieve partitioning Syria, and to prevent any Syrian political solution. "Israel" considers the presence of al-Qaeda in Syria as a lesser evil than the Syrian regime.."
"They want to partition Syrian into four states - a Sunni state, an Alawite state, a Druze state and a Kurdish state," His Eminence underlined.
The Resistance Leader moved on to say: ""Israel" has failed to push Syria into a partitioning phase, because the Syrian army and its allies are fighting in Lattakia, northern Aleppo, the southern Daraa, Hasakeh and Deir Ezzor. This means that the national decision in Syria is to reject partitioning. Those who claim that the war in Syria is aimed at creating a state of a certain nature are spreading lies."
""Israel" agrees with Saudi Arabia and Turkey on that any solution to the crisis in Syria must not prolong the existence of the government in Damascus," he explained, pointing out that "Israel" agrees with Saudi Arabia and Turkey that they must not allow a solution for Syria that keeps President al-Assad in power, even if it involves the presence of the moderate Syrian opposition in a national unity government."
Moreover, Sayyed Nasrallah revealed that the Saudis, Turks and "Israelis" have rejected this and that's why they are paralyzing the negotiations.
"They are putting preconditions and raising the ceiling of the demands, the thing that even the US has started to criticize. They [Sudis and Turks]are putting preconditions that are no longer accepted by Europeans and Americans, and have no problem to continue with the war."
However, he assured that "almost five years on the global war against Syria, the "Israeli" suffers the defeat. Similarly, the al-Qaeda barbaric scheme, with its two branches "ISIS" and al-Nusra, failed. Turkey has also suffered the fall of its "new Ottoman empire scheme" and the Saudi plot in Syria has also failed."
Based on the battlefield developments, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the victories all along the Syrian land prove that we are in front of great achievements to the Syrian army and its allies.
As he viewed that the talk about a Saudi-Turkish ground intervention in Syria is a serious development in the region, he asserted that "what is happening in Syria has opened the doors to developments that might have repercussions on the region and even the entire world. The militants' successive defeats have pushed Saudi Arabia and Turkey to consider sending ground troops under the excuse of fighting the "ISIS" under the banner of the international coalition and this is a very important development."
His Eminence also rejected claims that the Syrian government will finally bow to pressures for disintegration of the Arab country, saying the Syrian forces are present everywhere across Syria, meaning that the government will not allow such portioning to happen and the "national will" is clearly against that.
"Whether they come or not, it is good. If the Saudis and Turkish come to Syria, the Syrian crisis will be settled but will take some time. If they do not come, the regional issue will be settled but it will take some time..."
In addition, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed The Saudi- Turkish bet on the ground intervention is not to confront "ISIS" but to be present at the negotiating table or to continue agitating the fire of war
"Saudi Arabia and Turkey have now awoken to "ISIS" threat. They have woken up because the groups they are backing are suffering defeats. The Saudis and the Turks are ready to take the region into a regional and global war. However, they are not at all ready to accept a genuine settlement."
He also noted that all Turkey needs to do to fight "ISIS" is to seal its border and prevent the jihadist group from selling oil through its territory, while cautioning that Saudi Arabia is supporting the newly emerging I"SIS" branch in Yemen.
He vowed: "We are to be present where we should be...We will not allow "ISIS", al-Qaeda, America, Saudi Arabia and all the tyrants and arrogant powers to take over Syria or to achieve their objectives."
"We-in Hizbullah- are proud that we have contributed by our efforts and energies in facing the dangerous schemes against Lebanon and Syria as well as the entire region ."
On another level, he underscored that "Israel's" psychological warfare is of no use against us. This is an international and Gulf media machine that is working for hours. This is part of the war for the sake of "Israel" and its scheme to revenge from any resisting country. It is a part of the psychological warfare."
"There is no need to fear an "Israeli" war because after the first and second Lebanon wars, the "Israeli" decided that it would only wage war if a quick victory is guaranteed. When "Israel" knows that there is a force in Lebanon that can prevent it from achieving a quick victory, it will not engage in such a war."
Amid all these threats, Sayyed Nasrallah said: "Syria and its people are to decide its own rules, constitution, president, and its place in the regional equation."
"We do not seek to war and we do not want it, but we must be ready to face it."
Turning to reports about the possibility of the coming third "Israeli" war against Lebanon, Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that "Israel's" psychological warfare is of no use against us."
"There is no need to fear an "Israeli" war because after the first and second Lebanon wars, "Israeli" decided that it would only wage war if a quick victory is guaranteed. When "Israel" knows that there is a force in Lebanon that can prevent it from achieving a quick victory, it will not engage in such a war."
Giving an example about Hizbullah's deterrence capabilities, His Eminence noted that a couple of rockets are capable of causing a catastrophe in the northern Occupied Palestinian city of Haifa that would be equivalent to a "nuclear bomb" attack.
"An "Israeli" expert has said that Haifa's residents fear a deadly attack on the ammonia storage tanks, which contain more than 15,000 tons of this gas," His Eminence explained.
"This would lead to the death of tens of thousands of residents and 800,000 "Israelis" would be affected," he quoted the "Israeli" expert as saying.
"This would be exactly as a nuclear bomb and we can say that Lebanon today has a nuclear bomb, seeing as any rocket that might hit these tanks is capable of creating a nuclear bomb effect," Sayyed Nasrallah added.

Sayyed Nasrallah Warns Israel of 3rd Lebanon War, and to Al-Saud: Ground Intervention in Syria Will End You
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah stressed on Tuesday that the effective presence of the tripartite formula: Resistance, Army and People is defending Lebanon and deterring the Zionist enemy from launching new war on the country.
