Ahlul Bayt News Agency - Hundred of thousands came out to sympathizes with members of the Islamic movement protesting the atrocities of the Nigerian Government on Sheikh Ibraheem Yaquob El Zakzaky (H) and his followers in Kano city Nigeria today Tuesday 15th Seoptember, 2015.
Such peaceful march took place also in many Nigerian cities such as Bauchi, Katsina, Gombe, kaduna etc.and reports shows in Kaduna the Nigerian security attack the protesters with gun fire.
The Kano protest march started from Kano city Old central mosque, kanti kwari, Ibrahim Taiwo road, Bello road and ended in the Kano central business district known as Bata Sabon gari with a closing speech by Mal Imam Yaquob.
The protesters carrying placards marched through the street peacefully voicing out their protest on the current atrocities.
In his speech Mal Imam stated Kano inhabitant and the world can testify how peaceful Shaikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) and his followers are, as seen in this protest march in Kano. We are only demanding freedom and justice and the right to be citizens of Nigeria. For no just reason the Nigerian army is formulating lies saying their army chief escape attack from followers of Shaikh Zakzaky.
He also reiterated organization such as MOSSOP, Baiifa state advocates that are well armed executing attacks live in Nigeria only to be treated tenderly and be given cash and funding.
The protesters call for the immediate release of their leader and all in military custody and calling a stop to all forms of molestation and atrocities. They also reiterated they will never remain silent watching the atrocities.
