Ahlul Bayt News Agency - Famous religious scholar and grand Shia cleric Ayatollah Naser Makrem Shirazi while pointing towards the decrees of clerics in Saudi Arabia said that these clerics are busy in a race to declare Muslims of Yemen as Non-believers.
Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi while talking with director of Jamhori Islami news agency said that media should report every news with complete honesty and credibility.
He said that such kind of news should never be published which become a reason of conflict. He said that news should reach the doorstep of all Muslims. He said that news and reporting should not be in the interest of a particular group or person.
He said that publishing reports and news of a particular group on the ground of financial gains and not publishing news of other groups is not a fair deal.
While pointing towards Western media, he said that they portray Israel as if Israel has not committed any crime. He said that our media should report actual facts.
While pointing towards the incidents in Yemen, he said that a government is massacring innocent people of another country without any rationality and vehemently destroying a country but it is very disappointing that international community is silent on it.
He said that biggest reason of silence over these crimes is the negative propaganda of media. Media provides excuses to international community to keep a blind eye at this massacre.
Ayatollah Makarim Shirazi said that the world has now changed. He said that America presents the view that option of war is always present. This concept is against moral values and ethics but western media portray it as if it is the most valuable asset.
Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi while pointing towards the edicts of clerics in Saudi Arabia said that these clerics are engaged in a contest to declare Yemenis as non-Muslims.
Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi said that clerics in Saudi Arabia are issuing decrees of “Takfeer” against Muslims while a conference against “Takfiriat” was organized in Saudi Arabia some time ago.
It is to be remembered that due to the bombing of Saudi Arabia and its Gulf supporters more than one thousand have been killed and four thousand got injured. Many women and children have also been killed and injured during these airstrikes.
